Interessant dass eine sequentielle Folge von Web 2.0 hin zu 4.0 skizziert wird.
Ich habe ja eher das Gefühl dass wir ein "Leap frogging" sehen, d.h. das ubiquitäre Web (4.0 ...) kommt schneller als das der semantische Web der Version 3.0 - auch im E-Learning.
